Hey there, I’m Christy. I’m a Professional Chef, Certified Weight Management Specialist, Pilates Pro and I’m a wife and mom. Believe me, I wasn’t always a healthy eater!

When I graduated from Culinary School I was working 4 jobs and never made time to cook, like EVER because I was so burnt out.  I became a fast food queen living off of Dr. Pepper and cigarettes. I was just so busy that I didn’t care. I was in survival mode. But I felt awful and my energy sucked and I was just plain beat! I knew I couldn’t go on feeling tired and dragging my health through the dirt, so I started doing what I knew how to do best… cook great, easy, DELICIOUS food.

I began creating healthy and simple recipes that fueled my body with good fats, carbs and proteins. I have been able to sustain this way of living without feeling overwhelmed or overworked by it and now I want to help you do the same!

Based on a number of factors, including YOUR unique metabolism and body type, there are 3 main “types” that I have found in my years as a Nutritionist.
